The 2003 SamFans Rescue Quilt


	================================ The 2003 Rescue Quilt ================================ "White Moments in Time" is the theme for this year's National and for the 2003 Quilt which is pieced in colors to reflect the area where the show is being held this year. The quilt measures approximately 50 inches square and features four Samoyeds posing in "show rings" and surrounded by the stars that we know all our Sammies are. For those not familiar with this project, this is the seventh year a group of Samfans quilters from around the world have created a patchwork quilt which is representative of each year's SCA National theme and raffled it off over the internet and at the SCA National. All of our quilt raffles have been extremely successful with as much as $3,000 raised to support rescue groups in each of several years. We hope to exceed our previous years totals and your help in promoting this project to provide funds for Samoyed rescue is appreciated.

Drawing two weeks before Christmas will make it possible for the winner to give the quilt as a Christmas present if so desired.
